    Expertise

Grammy庐-nominated pianist Aron Kallay has performed throughout the United States and abroad and his playing has been called 鈥渆xquisite鈥very sound sounded considered, alive, worthy of our wonder鈥 (Los Angeles Times). 鈥淧erhaps Los Angeles鈥 most versatile keyboardist,鈥 (LaOpus) Aron has been praised as possessing 鈥渢hat special blend of intellect, emotion, and overt physicality that makes even the thorniest scores simply leap from the page into the listeners laps.鈥 (KPFK)

Kallay's performances often integrate technology, video and alternate tunings; Fanfare magazine described him as 鈥渁 multiple threat: a great pianist, brainy tech wizard, and visionary promoter of a new musical practice.鈥

In addition to his solo work, Aron is currently a member of the Pierrot + percussion ensemble Brightwork newmusic, the Varied Trio and the Ray-Kallay Duo.
