According to The Princeton Review, the rating measures how much financial aid a school awards and how satisfied students are with that aid. The list is compiled based on school-reported data on the percentage of students who were determined to have need and received aid, the percentage of need met for those students, and the percentage of students whose need was fully met.

ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ is one of a handful of institutions committed to need-blind admissions and meeting the full demonstrated financial need of all students who enroll. Two-thirds of Pomona students receive some form of financial aid. While loans are available, Pomona does not use loans to meet a student’s financial need.

β€œΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ is committed to the idea that the cost of college should not be a barrier to attaining a post-secondary education,” says Paul Dieken, director of financial aid. β€œThe financial aid team works closely with our students and families to provide them with the funding that they need to make their dreams of a world-class education from ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ a reality.”
