Mental Health Services

(SAP) - A free service available through Aetna for students with OR without SHIP. The SAP allows students to engage with a clinician for three free sessions. Read more about this program in the Student Assistance Program (SAP) tab below.
Off Campus Therapy:
For non-SHIP participants you will be responsible for paying your deductible out of pocket.
Step 1: Review options & select a provider based on your insurance.
Students are welcome to select a provider from this list of off-campus therapy providers, or may search for and select a provider on their own.
Please note that all students are responsible for using their insurance to support their use of clinical services.
- Pomona will reimburse currently enrolled students up to a maximum of $50 per attended appointment for co-payments and co-insurance.
- Pomona will only reimburse currently enrolled students for 10 attended sessions per semester, August 26th, 2024 to December 13th, 2024 (Fall semester) and January 21st, 2025 to May 16th, 2025 (Spring semester).
- Reimbursement requests must be submitted with Original/Itemized Receipt.
- Receipts for reimbursement must be submitted no later than 30 days from date of your attended therapy appointment.
Step 2: Contact your provider of choice and call to schedule an appointment. If you leave a voice message, leave your name, insurance information, phone number & best time to be reached. It鈥檚 best practice to always verify that the provider takes your insurance plan before you attend your appointment.

Student Health Insurance Program (SHIP): SHIP is a health insurance plan designed just for students enrolled at The Claremont Colleges. If you get sick or injured, insufficient health insurance can lead to financial hardships that can threaten your ability to attend class, pay tuition, get student loans, or live away from home. Having health insurance is a safety net that helps ensure you are able to stay in school so you can graduate and achieve your professional goals. SHIP is available to all 麻豆传媒 students. Spiritual Development

麻豆传媒 is committed to preventing and intervening in all forms of sexual misconduct, discrimination and harassment, which includes intimate partner violence, sexual assault and stalking. We strongly encourage individuals who have experienced any such harm to take action by using the College鈥檚 support services and/or pursuing administrative action through Title IX at the College and/or reporting criminal offenses to law enforcement.
