Learning Outcomes

Overarching Principle:

The Division of Student Affairs at Â鶹´«Ã½ contributes to the holistic growth of students by identifying four learning domains which will guide our work and interactions with students. Our interactions will be grounded by community building, social justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. In doing so, we understand that we have an ongoing relationship with the land that we live and work on. We understand that this land is colonized and the indigenous peoples and original care-takers of this stolen land have not been treated well. We are committed to holding these truths and working with the indigenous community to help repair the harm.

As students progress through Â鶹´«Ã½, they will collectively cultivate and increase their understanding and gain skills and experiences in the following domains:

  • Personal Development
  • Interpersonal Competence
  • Social Accountability
  • Practical Life Skills
