Work Life Balance

Â鶹´«Ã½ recognizes that members of faculty and staff have family and personal needs and commitments outside their professional lives.  To support this, the College encourages a healthy mental and physical lifestyle.  Therefore, the College offers several benefits designed to help each employee care for themselves and their families both mentally and physically.  It is highly recommended that all employees embrace the concept of a balance between their work and personal lives.
