Associate Professor of Art Lisa Anne Auerbach is part of a group of artists exhibiting site specific work at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles during a large scale renovation of the mall.

On Wednesday, March 8, the Chan Gallery held a community exhibition in honor of International Women’s Day where people identifying as women could bring and show their art work together.

This April, �鶹��ý Painting Instructor Sandeep Mukherjee will represent �鶹��ý in speaking at “Pomona in the City” in Washington DC. 

�鶹��ý Painting Instructor Sandeep Mukherjee will show his 2015 piece “Mutual Entanglements” at VOLTA NY, an invitational art fair of solo artist projects, in March.

Painting Instructor Sandeep Mukherjee will be speaking about his work at "Artists in Their Own Words" event at CSU Long Beach Richard and Karen Carpenter Performing Arts Center on March 14th at 5 p.m.

On February 2nd, visitors came for the opening reception of Arrangements in Undertone, featuring artists including Cirilo Domine, Mercedes Teixido, Ariane Vielmetter, Trevor Wilson and Gala Porras-Kim.

Sarit Snyder spent this past summer working as intern in the Art Department at Los Angeles Magazine.

Earlier this year Clark Hollenberg went to Bangladesh with Professor Mukherjee for the Dhaka Art Summit and described it as an eye-opening experience.

Lucas Littlejohn, one of our current Art majors, was a recipient of a Rembrandt Club Summer Research Grant. As part of his summer research Lucas assisted LA-based artist Emily Mast.
